Privacy notice
NetAcre does not sell owner data or leads to mineral buyers. Ever. We run no buyer or lender advertising.
Joining the waitlist
If you are outside Texas and join the waitlist, we ask for:
- Your email address (required) so we can reach you.
- The state where your minerals are (required), so we know when to tell you your state has opened.
- Optionally, your name, if you choose to share it.
We use it only to let you know when NetAcre opens in your state. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't share it across any other business.
When you use NetAcre
NetAcre is open now for Texas mineral owners. When you sign in and use it:
- You sign in with your email address, using a one-time link, or with Google.
- We keep your email address, the owner names on the claims you make, and your account settings - your alert radius, your email preferences, and the counties you follow.
- If you open NetAcre from a link in one of our emails, we record that you did: which page, by name rather than by its web address, and when.
- If you arrive from a link or code in one of our letters or invitations, we record that code on your account when you create it, to learn which mailings work. The code is the same for everyone who received that mailing, and we never share it.
- The tax-roll and Railroad Commission records we show you are public records.
- We email you activity alerts and a weekly digest. You can turn alerts or the digest off in your settings, or unsubscribe from any alert or digest email.
- We never sell owner data or leads, and we run no buyer or lender advertising.
Who handles it
Your email is stored with our email provider, Resend, acting as our processor to deliver these messages. We keep a private backup so we can honor removal requests.
Your choices
Every alert and digest email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to help@netacre.com. A sign-in link is not a mailing and carries none, because you asked for it and it is used once.
