NetAcre does not sell owner data or leads to mineral buyers. Ever. We run no buyer or lender advertising.
What we collect
- Your email address (required) so we can reach you.
- Optionally, your name and Texas county, if you choose to share them.
Why we collect it
Only to notify you about NetAcre's launch — when you can claim your minerals and turn on alerts. We don't use waitlist information for anything else, and we don't share it across any other business.
Who handles it
Your email is stored with our email provider, Resend, acting as our processor to deliver launch messages. We keep a private backup so we can honor removal requests.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to hello@netacre.com.
